workflows.delete(, ) -> WorkflowDeleteResponse

DELETE/accounts/{account_id}/workflows/{workflow_name}

Deletes a Workflow. This only deletes the Workflow and does not delete or modify any Worker associated to this Workflow or bounded to it.
