Delete transformer

logpush.transformers.delete(, ) -> TransformerDeleteResponse

DELETE/accounts/{account_id}/logpush/transformers/{transformer_id}

Deletes a custom log transformer. Returns 409 Conflict if any active logpush jobs reference the transformer.
