Insert Vectors

vectorize.indexes.insert(, ) -> IndexInsertResponse

POST/accounts/{account_id}/vectorize/v2/indexes/{index_name}/insert

Inserts vectors into the specified index and returns a mutation id corresponding to the vectors enqueued for insertion.
