Create new indicator feed

intel.indicator_feeds.create(IndicatorFeedCreateParams**kwargs) -> IndicatorFeedCreateResponse
POST/accounts/{account_id}/intel/indicator-feeds

Creates a new custom threat indicator feed for sharing threat intelligence data.
