Create prefix.

ddos_protection.advanced_tcp_protection.prefixes.create(PrefixCreateParams**kwargs) -> PrefixCreateResponse

Create a prefix for an account.

Whether to exclude the prefix from protection.

prefix: str

The prefix to add in CIDR format.

The creation timestamp of the prefix.
