Create repository

managed_defense.vulnerability_discovery.repositories.create(RepositoryCreateParams**kwargs) -> RepositoryCreateResponse
POST/accounts/{account_id}/managed-defense/vulnerability-discovery/repos

Creates an upload repository or reserves an asynchronous deployed Worker import by name. Worker imports require Idempotency-Key.
