## Create webhooks

`stream.webhooks.update(WebhookUpdateParams**kwargs)  -> object`

**put** `/accounts/{account_id}/stream/webhook`

Creates a webhook notification.

### Parameters

- `account_id: str`

  The account identifier tag.

- `notification_url: str`

  The URL where webhooks will be sent.

### Returns

- `object`
